For white LEDs, they apply custom phosphor blends; for red LEDs (typically 660 nm), no phosphor is needed, enabling near-direct conversion of electrical power into photons with minimal losses. The dies are then packaged into robust SMD formats, rigorously tested, and fine-tuned specifically for horticultural use.
